Good day my learned friends. Do you think it is important for new wigs to undergo the pupilage stage before setting up on their own?

Personally, I think it's very  important for every new wig  to practice under a senior lawyer.    Dear new wigs, get a good firm to kick start practice. You will not have regrets ,ever. It has a way of paying off later in life. The cash may not start rolling in now but whatever practical knowledge  acquired under a learned senior will be put into play in handling the big briefs.
